After disaster struck at his 2021 Astroworld Festival ended in tragedy, Houston native Travis Scott disappeared from the limelight. Some suspected the father of two might never recover from the massive crowd crush incident, which took the lives of ten attendees. Nevertheless, he navigated through a rocky few years away from the public eye only to resurface in July 2023 with his Utopia LP. Since then, Scott has returned to gracing stages all across the globe, and has even been tasked with designing the desert for Coachella 2025 in California.

If being given such a prestigious task isn’t proof enough of his creative genius, Scott also has many Grammy nominations and has won BET awards. Naturally, the success he’s found in his multifaceted career reflects in his home. As is often the case with high-profile rappers, Travis Scott has no problem showing off his lavish yet unconventional residences, such as his Los Angeles home that boasts architecture meant to emulate a yacht.

Travis Scott’s Mansion Is an Architectural Masterpiece

The “goosebumps” hitmaker paid $23.5 million in 2020 for his massive mansion with a unique location and build. Located in Brentwood, it has plenty of space for all of Scott’s industry parties. Although he has not given a public tour of the home, Architectural Digest reports that it spans a whopping 16,700-square-feet and has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

Travis Scott’s mansion has three floors and sprawling views of Los Angeles that are worth every penny. The residence is situated over a somewhat remote hilltop on the edge of a high end cul-de-sac. The details of the home’s layout is where its uniqueness comes in. For instance, Scott’s driveway has plenty of space for parking, but leads to the roof of the home instead of the ground floor. His driveway transitions into rooftop parking with space for up to 12 cars, but the house also features a 20-car garage underneath.

The house’s design is very sleek so it has glass walls, an infinity pool, outdoor kitchen and more. When he’s not on the road or at the studio, Scott enjoys his gym, game room, sauna, theater, wet bar and even a temperature controlled wine room.

Heavy Rain Is a Cause of Concern in Brentwood

The flashy home has been a subject of concern recently though, since the neighborhood has been impacted by incredible amounts of rain. As a unique hillside residence, concern for the Brentwood area has been rising due to a giant fissure in the Earth developing due to the precipitation. Despite this, officials have deemed the area safe, meaning the artwork of Japanese carpenter Toshi Kawabata and Sanam De Loren of De Loren & Associates’ architectural design still stands.

Rapper Used To Reside in Beverly Hills With Kylie Jenner

Before their 2023 breakup, Travis Scott shared a home in Beverly Hills with Kylie Jenner, the mother of his children. The co-parents purchased the property in 2018, during the early days of their relationship. Given their on-again-off-again situation, Scott has moved into his Brentwood mansion while he and Jenner attempt to offload their Beverly Hills family home.

This lavish and private space spans 9,100 square feet and 9.9 acres with seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It has a modern design, huge swimming pool, home movie theatre and three-car garage. As expected, the home also boasts state of the art appliances and plenty of natural light, making it reminiscent of a lush resort. It’s located near luxury shopping, which should make the home a popular listing for potential buyers.

When Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner first tried to sell in 2022 for $21.9 million, the listing didn’t grab the attention of buyers. After some time, the couple agreed to lower their asking price to $19.99 million. Even with this change, they couldn’t secure a deal; eventually, the real estate listing was removed entirely. Their old Beverly Hills home was bought at a lower market rate of $13.4 million. Recently it has been relisted for $17.9 million.
