Home & Texture’s “House Tours” Atlanta season three returns with a new episode, and for this one, we head to the suburbs to explore the sustainable home of Andrew and LaToya Tucciarone. The couple purchased a 1920s Craftsman bungalow in 2022 that beautifully blends LaToya’s love for “old house style” with modern, hassle-free living.
LaToya is an entrepreneur and founder of Atlanta-based SustainAble Home Goods — where her store supports global and local artists. The Tucciarones also share their home with four children and pets. For the bungalow, they had a clear vision for their residence — every aspect needed to be functional and sustainable without sacrificing beauty.
The Tucciarones’ home combines 1920s Craftsman charm with modern, sustainable features. It’s aesthetically pleasing, environmentally conscious and practical for family living.
Next, we’ll explore the Tucciarone’s intentionally curated home, designed for family living and enjoyment.

A Living Room Made For Living
The family’s living room was designed to be a warm and inviting space, perfect for gathering and conversation. The oversized windows allow an abundance of natural light to flood the room, creating an airy atmosphere and ideal for the couple’s indoor plants and connecting the interior with the outside world.
An Intimate Getaway Master Bedroom
In the video, Andrew describes the master bedroom as a space that’s all about him and his wife. With a busy family and working life, it was important for the two to create a space that they could unwind in and recharge.
Sustainably Romantic Dining Room
Latoya describes the dining room as the most romantic room in the house, and it’s easy to see why. The space exudes elegance and charm, thanks to a stunning Swarovski chandelier and wall sconces left behind by the previous owners. To complement this luxurious lighting, Latoya has added stick-and-peel wallpaper that perfectly matches the room’s romantic vibe. The crowning touch comes from a collection of floral plates sourced from a local vintage store.
