In an interview with Complex, Cenat talks about growing up struggling, going from different shelters with his family as a child. While his family struggled financially growing up, the YouTuber has managed to make a name for himself, having a reported net worth of around $14 million. Along with being popular on YouTube, the social media star is also well-known on TikTok and Twitch. He’s managed to increase his viewership and become even more popular by hosting rappers and celebrities like Ice Spice, Nicki Minaj, Tyla, Druski and more.

While he’s from New York, Kai Cenat now lives in Atlanta, Georgia. Having a nice view of the mountains and city, the YouTuber’s Georgia mansion is valued at $2.5 million. It has a pool, waterfall, limestone flooring and 20-foot ceilings. Cenat gave viewers and fans a glimpse into his home last year, posting a brand new house tour, complete with white furniture, a game area, a bar, a wine room and a theater. He regularly streams and does videos in his Atlanta mansion.

Cenat is a member of the popular YouTube group, AMP, which means any means possible. He joined the group in 2020, becoming the last member. The group has a YouTube channel, where they rent or purchase a house to live and stream in for a year or so. The houses are in several locations in the U.S. and in the U.K. In addition to his Atlanta property, Cenat also has a penthouse in New York.
