If you spend a lot of time on YouTube, you’ve probably heard of Kai Cenat. The American vlogger has over 9 million subscribers on YouTube, where he regularly posts live streams with celebrities, reaction videos and more. The 22-year-old is from New York City but now resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
In an interview with Complex, Cenat talks about growing up struggling, going from different shelters with his family as a child. While his family struggled financially growing up, the YouTuber has managed to make a name for himself, having a reported net worth of around $14 million. Along with being popular on YouTube, the social media star is also well-known on TikTok and Twitch. He’s managed to increase his viewership and become even more popular by hosting rappers and celebrities like Ice Spice, Nicki Minaj, Tyla, Druski and more.

Where Does Kai Cenat Live?
While he’s from New York, Kai Cenat now lives in Atlanta, Georgia. Having a nice view of the mountains and city, the YouTuber’s Georgia mansion is valued at $2.5 million. It has a pool, waterfall, limestone flooring and 20-foot ceilings. Cenat gave viewers and fans a glimpse into his home last year, posting a brand new house tour, complete with white furniture, a game area, a bar, a wine room and a theater. He regularly streams and does videos in his Atlanta mansion.
Where Else Does Kai Cenat Live?
Cenat is a member of the popular YouTube group, AMP, which means any means possible. He joined the group in 2020, becoming the last member. The group has a YouTube channel, where they rent or purchase a house to live and stream in for a year or so. The houses are in several locations in the U.S. and in the U.K. In addition to his Atlanta property, Cenat also has a penthouse in New York. While he streams and regularly does videos at his New York apartment, we don’t have many details about the penthouse, as Cenat hasn’t posted a tour of the property yet.
