Whether he’s operating in music, fashion or creative design, Tyler the Creator is a visionary. The California native has been a staple in hip-hop since the come-up of Odd Future in the early 2010s, since veering out from the collective to establish a name for himself as a solo figure. While the 33-year-old hasn’t shared plans of settling down and starting a family, he did use some of his reported $30 million net worth to buy a beautiful home in Bel-Air that he moved into in 2024. What’s been shown of the 5,000-square-foot property so far has fans green with envy, especially considering Tyler paid $2M under asking price for his home, according to Dirt.
Tyler, the Creator Is Living Lavish on the West Coast
Having grown up in California before fame, the Igor artist seems at home in the area. He bought and sold one Bel-Air property in less than a year, paying $7.9M before listing it at $7M in December 2022 per HipHopDX. For his current residence – originally built in 1970 – Tyler dished out $13M. It was rebuilt from the ground up before the Le Fleur founder moved in, boasting four bedrooms and six bathrooms. Other standouts include the Brazillian wood floors finished in white oak, high ceilings and steel-case windows.
To keep the Tyler the Creator safe, he’s got a smart-home system. For his entertainment, the multi-talent has a state-of-the-art movie theater, cigar lounge and a sleek kitchen with the ideal island for enjoying a meal before a long day of creating. Outside, his Bel-Air home has a saltwater pool surrounded by a wood deck, a dry sauna and a four-car garage with additional parking space. For when he has company, Tyler’s yard also has a fire pit, barbecue and bar area. Check out photos of the rapper’s sweet digs here!
