Over 22,000 square feet of their eight-acre property was reportedly used for driveway space and motor courts, but because the real estate listing was private we’re unsure how many bedrooms and bathrooms the family of five have. Power Couple’s Other Properties

Bel-Air Mansion

2017 was a big year for the “Crazy In Love” collaborators, as they proudly bought homes on both the East and West coasts. In the latter, they spent $88M on a mansion in Bel-Air, a neighborhood full of familiar celebrity faces, as Velvet Ropes points out. The 30,000-square-foot compound, designed by Paul McClean, boasts eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, sitting on 1.5 acres of land. Among its amenities are four outdoor swimming pools, a 15-car garage, a recording studio, and bulletproof windows to keep them feeling extra secure. They also have a spa, a full basketball court, and an entire wellness center with a state-of-the-art fitness room and a dedicated meditation space.

Tyrone McKillen bought the house for $15M in 2015 and initially had it listed at $135M a few years later before accepting Beyoncé and Hov’s offer. Public records offer a lot of information on the Carter’s Bel-Air property, including their $149,600/month mortgage payment. In total, Jay-Z and his wife spent over $114M on real estate in 2017, also adding a $25.9M home in the East Hamptons to their collection in September. The smallest of all three, this still stunning property spans two acres, with the house sitting on 12,000 square feet of that. Beyoncé’s home boasts seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, plus a detached guest house with a full kitchen for Miss Tina and any other relatives and friends to come crash. While specific details on their unit are sparse, similar lofts within the same building have sold for over $6.75M each. The home was put up for sale back in 2021 with an asking price of $4.45M, though the Spanish baroque-style property has since been removed from Zillow with no sale listed. Recent tax assessments estimate the building’s value at less than $2.5M, so it’s possible that the couple are waiting for the property value to rise before they pull the trigger on a sale.
